His responses were extremely timely and detailed. I sent document in original language on February 8th. After translation service and notarization was completed, legalization at GAC and final apostille at Embassy took literally 2 business days. I received document today, February 18th. AMAZING. 2020 was a very difficult year and I had not been able to see my fiancee who lives in Guatemala for many many months. We had originally planned to get married when she came to Canada to visit in December 2020 but with new border restrictions that was no longer possible. When a window of opportunity opened in September I took it and traveled to Guatemala so we could get married there. But there were so many papers that i needed in order to get married abroad.
